Useful information for your stay

It is our desire to make your stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible. These are the services reserved for you:


Reservation

➢ It is possible to book directly from our website, call or send an e-mail.
We will offer you our best offers relating to the Sperlonga Blue Flag stay.

 

Check in

➢ The rooms are available from 2.00 pm on the day of arrival, in case of early arrival it will be necessary to check the availability of parking and other hotel services.
➢ It is absolutely forbidden to let people who are not registered in the hotel into the room, any guests must compulsorily (as required by law) leave their identification document at the reception which will be collected upon leaving.

In the room

➢ It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the rooms and in the Hotel.

➢ Please leave towels on the floor if they need to be replaced, do not waste water and electricity.

➢ For safety reasons it is not possible to use stoves, food warmers and irons in the rooms. If necessary, you can contact the staff. Any damage to the structure, objects or furnishings of the Hotel will be charged to the customer who caused them.

➢ Air conditioning: Available from 15/06 to 15/09 and from 13.00 to 09.00 the following day. And depending on government regulations.

➢ Animals of any breed and size are not allowed in the hotel and on the beach.

Meals

➢ Breakfast is served from 08.00 to 10.30 in the Sala Marina.
It will be a pleasure to serve you a quick breakfast even before the scheduled time, remember to book it.
A la carte lunch is possible from 1.00pm to 3.00pm at the Nautilus Lunch Restaurant & Wine bars.
For dinner you will be given a brochure on arrival with our suggested restaurants where you will have a small discount as our guests.


Parking

➢ The Hotel has a private, unattended parking. Seats reserved for Suites and Jr. Suites.
The hotel is not liable for any damage or theft.


Beach

➢ The beach service included in the rate is available from the day of arrival (check-in from 2.00pm) and on the day of departure until 1.00pm. Just go down to the beach and give the lifeguard the ticket issued by Reception at the time of check-in. The place on the beach cannot be booked, the assignment is made based on the type of room booked. Front row seats for Suites, Jr. suites, Sea Roses and Peonies.

If you want to use the beach service on the day of departure, after 1.00 pm you will need to check availability and costs with the reception.

Beach towels are available for hire directly on the beach, if you don't have them, the cost is € 2.00 each.

The beach service is from 09:00 to 19:00.

 

Check-out and left luggage

➢ Check out time  max11am

Check-out time means that you leave your room free, you can stay on the beach until 1 pm. You can leave your luggage at the reception and use the changing room and hot shower after check-out.

➢ Reception desk from 08.00 to 23.00, in case of departure before 08.00 contact the reception the day before.

 ➢ Methods of payment by cash, debit card, credit card or bank transfer (upon arrival) are accepted. Checks are not accepted.

➢ Tourist tax: € 3.50 per day for adults for a maximum of 7 nights. If possible for the amount of the fee, payment in cash is required.

➢ Customers who need an invoice must communicate it at the time of booking.
